Are you an owner or manager of an Early Years setting looking to ensure continued success in your provision? MTM can help by uncovering the facts about the local market and the wants and needs of current and potential future customers.
Attracting and retaining parents and pupils is essential for the continued success of Early Years settings, as they rely on a frequent turnover of pupils. MTM can provide the market intelligence you need to ensure you make the right decisions, whether you’re considering buying or launching one or more new nursery settings.
Our market research services cover a range of areas, from assessing the current level and type of demand in the local market to analysing future population and demographic changes. We provide the information you need to invest wisely and shape your new setting to meet the expectations of parents.
For those already running an Early Years setting, we offer thorough third-party qualitative research to gain valuable insights into what parents currently using your setting think of the provision you offer. We also speak to parents who considered your setting but ultimately chose a different provider, to ascertain why they made that choice. This information can help you identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions about how to better meet the needs of your target market.
MTM has a wealth of experience providing market research and strategic advice to the operators of Early Years chains and standalone settings. We help them offer a first step into education for pre-school aged children for many years to come
