Once again, MTM Consulting has teamed up with AMCIS to repeat our ground breaking research into staff morale in the independent school sector. The results were launched at their annual conference in May.
We are delighted to have also worked with IDPE this year to expand the Development section.
This year we have concentrated our questions on Marketing, Admissions, Communications, Development and Alumni roles and how confident staff are in their ability to carry out their roles effectively, and in the future of the sector.
We will now be working with AMCIS to ensure that the results of the Confidence Index, and some of the concerns highlighted, are raised with Senior Leadership Teams in the independent school sector.
