MTM forms partnership to create one-stop-shop for new early years settings

MTM Consulting has teamed up with Toddleworld Nursery Management and TG Escapes Eco-Buildings to provide support for prospective investors, nursery owners and independent schools considering establishing a new early years setting.

Combining MTM’s expertise in market research for education with Toddleworld’s consultancy services and TG Escapes’ eco-friendly modular buildings offers a package of support to help establish the viability of a potential new early years venture and to ensure its successful implementation. This is why we’ve teamed up with Toddleworld and TG Escapes to form an early years partnership to support those establishing a new setting.

This new ‘one-stop-shop’ style solution provides:

• Demographic data and market and catchment analysis to assess viability and understand demand
• Business and early years expertise to ensure commercial viability and quality of delivery
• A bespoke modular eco-building to enhance ‘kerb appeal’ and maximise operational efficiency

Toddleworld Nursery Management

Toddleworld Nursery Management is run by the founders of the Toddletown group of nurseries, operating two sites in the south-east of England, with a third setting due to open in 2022. A well-established nursery group, in 2020 it launched a franchising service to support businesses new to the early years sector to run their own nursery business. Four Toddleworld franchises are set to open this year.

TG Escapes

TG Escapes’ modular eco-buildings use modern methods of construction, traditional materials and sophisticated technology, to create a standalone space that is net-zero in operation. The use of biophilic design principles, natural materials, easy access to the outdoors and natural light make the buildings particularly well suited to early years settings. TG Escapes has provided more than 800 buildings UK wide and was named Contractor of the Year at the 2021 Education Estates Awards.
